Business Clinic by ECH offers tailor-made prescriptions for each business, whether it is a start-up, a fast-growing SME, or a family business.

The clinic is designed for people who are thinking about starting a business, and for owners of existing businesses who need direction and advice at a turning point. It is often the first stop before a major strategic decision, such as expanding the business or reducing potential risk(s).

The session is held one-to-one with an ECH expert in your area of need and lasts 90-180 minutes.

Depending on the advice you need and the outcome of your first session, our advisors may invite you back for a follow-up. If you prefer, they can also refer you to a mentoring program.
