ECH has several licenses:
- License No.784 of 2019 Financial Advisory, Financial Regulatory Authority
- Registration under No. 7 in the register of independent financial advisors, the Financial Regulatory Authority
- License No.5 in the Register of Accredited Exchange Sponsors of the SMEs in The Egyptian Stock Exchange
